The Production Operator is responsible for the safe operations of Project Blend machine, and can perform minor trouble shooting to ensure smooth and zero downtime operations.
Specifically, the Production Operator is expected to:
· Operate the air compressor, Elixir supplied conveyors, automatic 2-nozzle filling & capping machine, nitrogen purging machine, automatic aluminum foil cap sealing machine, label shrink wrapping machine, and ink jet batch coding machine in accordance with the manufacturer’s manual of operations.
· Conducts before and after shift inspection and cleaning of the Project Blend Machine.
· Promptly report any unusual or out the ordinary incidents with the Project Blend machine to the Maintenance Supervisor and if necessary, perform minor trouble shooting.
· Implement 5S and safety in the workplace and use proper personal protective equipment.
· Report the production output, and rejects per shift.
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
-Candidate must possess technical course related to machineries & equipment.
-Candidate has two (2) years working experience as Machine Operator in a manufacturing company specifically in bottling operation with machine and equipment troubleshooting skills.
-Candidate can effectively communicate ideas (written and verbal).
-Candidate is willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
