JOB SUMMARY
The Program Officer contributes to the achievement of the set goals and objectives of WRAAP by ensuring that the project activities are effectively implemented and that key stakeholders in the area of operation are actively involved in the implementation of the project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that the project work plan is implemented accordingly; periodically provides analysis of area conditions/ situation, identify possible implementation concerns and suggests strategies to address the concerns;
• Conducts regular meetings/dialogues with major stakeholders, particularly the Women’s Rights Organizations, including the LGUs; government line agencies and CSOs to discuss important project-related concerns and to monitor the progress of implementation of the project as well as the grants provided to the WROs;
• Facilitates and manages capacity building activities for the WROs – trainings, workshops mentoring or coaching;
• Coordinates with other PBSP operating groups field staff for synergy and complementation in terms of project implementation, strategies and overall direction of the project;
• Documents innovations, best practices, major learning and insights applied to the project;
• Prepares and submits periodic reports as required by the project and PBSP;
• Represents PBSP in key project activities at the barangay and municipal levels, as needed; and
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,546.80 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
