- Lead and manage the implementation team, plan their project assignments, monitor their activities, and provide guidance to support the efficient and effective performance of each member of the team.
- Develop and maintain project schedule which includes the estimated cost as well as the forecasted schedule and cascade to all stakeholders.
- Conduct system scoping, evaluation, and assessment.
- Conduct system completeness checking.
- Review the submissions of project team members.
- Business Requirements and Functional Specification - BRFS (per project)
- System User's Manual Guide
- Training Materials - Training Outline, Curriculum, Hands-on and Examinations
- General Activity Checklist per Project
- Assessment Report to Sales (TOR vs HRIS functionalities and features).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Management, or other related courses.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Lean Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and delivery.
- Willing to work on-site and can start as soon as possible.
- Experienced with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
