• Responsible for inspection both dimensional and visual of parts coming from start-up, mold repair, mold PM and other issues that needs verification prior mass production.
• Responsible top inform production and In- process Quality Control Inspector for initial inspection result.
• Verify NG dimension encountered by customer.
• Responsible for inspection both dimensional and visual of parts during outgoing inspection of all running items.
• Responsible for keeping of QM samples.
• Authorized to use all manual measurement device & measuring microscope
• Authorized to use coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
• To comply with the company's code of conduct, policies and EICC provisions.
• And all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements.
• Candidate must possess Vocational or College Level or atleast High School
• Knowlegeable in using different measuring instruments (e.g caliper, micrometer, height gauge, measuring microscope,CMM, etc)
• Experience in a plastic injection molding company is an advantage
• Good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Well- organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines, exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
