The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression of Motor Ace Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area, manage mail distribution, and handle office supplies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
- At least graduate of any 4 year course.
- With pleasing personality.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform clerical skills.
- Can work with less supervision.
- With experience as a receptionist in the same industry is a PLUS.
Pay: Php11,016.16 - Php16,000.00 per month
