VA for E-Commerce Jewelry Company
We are seeking a VA to help in our luxury jewelry e-commerce company and sister companies, with a focus on recruiting employees, contractors and VAs. We are growing quickly and hoping to hire up to 10 people in the next 4 months.

- Our team is based in Hong Kong; the same timezone as the Philippines so you can work ‘normal’ working hours. (If you prefer to work nights/weekends, that’s also OK for us)
- We do NOT require previous experience in recruitment. We will train you in our processes :)
RECRUITMENT
The recruitment workstream is a fixed process that we need someone to manage and run every day.
Tasks:
- Manage job postings on job platforms like Upwork and Onlinejobs.ph
- Screen applications on job platforms according to our criteria
- Send screening exercises to promising applicants
- Search for high-potential candidates on job platforms based on our criteria and invite them to our jobs
- Search for high-potential candidates on Linkedin and contact them
- Manage details of who is in our pipeline in Google Sheets
- Provide daily reporting to executives
- Conduct first round interviews in English, carefully record notes and get candidates excited about working for us!
What we're looking for:
- Great spoken and written English
- Super organized
- Strong communication skills
- Good judgement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Familiar with tech like Google Sheets
* Again, we do not require previous experience in recruitment.
This role would start as a part-time role (3-4 hours a day) with a goal to ramp up to full time (40 hours/week) within a few weeks once we are all confident in the onboarding.
Hourly rate starts at $3.75/hour
Full-time rate starts at $600/month (40 hours/week). There is opportunity for pay increases as candidates take on greater responsibility and perform well.

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
