Job Summary:
As an R&D Specialist, you'll focus on the design and development of Eau de toilette, cologne, perfume, personal care, and household care products. Your role involves formulation development, raw materials sourcing, and product launch. You'll manage multiple projects, write technical documents, and participate in interdisciplinary teams, all while adhering to c GMP standards.
Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of product formulation experience (Perfumes, Personal & Household Care).
• Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (license preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of formulation, product development, and cosmetic regulations.

Skills:

• Proficiency with lab instruments (p H meter, viscometer, etc.).
• Effective in team environments.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ASEAN c GMP is a plus.
