JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management

• Handle record-keeping of prospective clients and sales records
• Gather leads from event boothings and distribute to the sales team.
• Review and verify completion of clients’ documentary requirements

Contract preparation for shareholder’s review and signature
Planning and execution of Sales objective / goals / activities
· Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the sales team
· Prepare and submit Demographic report to the sales supervisor
· Assist the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager in all assigned duties to reach the overall goal / objective
· Post Sales activities/ share amortization coordination
· Conduct Monthly Sales forecast and productive marketing plans
· Establish monthly sales membership retention planning
Advertising & Public Relations
Ensure that sales kits/ marketing collaterals are always ready and on stock.
Additional Task

• Issuance of SA/CTS to shareholders
• Audit

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
