You are responsible for assisting senior marketing staff in analyzing the impact of market campaigns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns are produced on time, and the company remains visible in the market.

• Assist in crafting promotional plans to ensure sales and profitability targets are met.
• Assist in product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.
• Assist in brand activations that include but not limited to trade fairs, expos and on ground promotions.
• Coordinate directly with clients and other stakeholders to ensure projects deadlines are met.
• Conduct market research related to product development and improvement.
• Help to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Implement sales & marketing strategies as approved by management.
• Monitor consumer and product trends that are relevant to the business.
• Update and report sales forecast for assigned brands.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks related to assigned accounts or brands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business
• Knowledgeable in basic digital marketing concepts
• 1-2 years work as a Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to APPLY)
• Strong command of written and oral English
• Self-motivated, Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
