Sales Executive- Trucks & Cranes

Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager for Trucks and Cranes is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share in the trucks and cranes sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and budget adherence.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market developments and potential business opportunities.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management review.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the trucks and cranes industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
