Sales Executive- Trucks & Cranes

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and budget adherence.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market developments and potential business opportunities.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the trucks and cranes industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
