We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager in the Energy/Utilities and/or Technology industries to join our growing team in the Philippines.
Background/Credentials of candidate:
*Explore and assess the territory/market’s potential, share on industrial developments and identify new sales/business opportunities
*Develop a growth strategy for existing and new customer prospects by leveraging account planning methodologies.
*Discover requirements, probe for pain points from customers, and build solutions with the Product and Engineering team
*Lead and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Pre-sales, Operations, Project Management, Senior Management) in pursuit of the identified sales opportunities.
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
*Resolve customer matters promptly and effectively.
*Generate sales opportunities, maintain the required sales pipeline and manage the sales forecast to achieve targets
*Sales and business reporting discipline - pipeline management & regular sales/opportunities updates.
*Keeping a ‘pulse’ on competition - maintaining insights on competitors/industry players in the market.
Required Skills/Abilities:
*Prior experience with customers from the Energy, Utilities, Enterprise Retail, and/or Financial Services sectors.
*Acumen to understand technical concepts – IT, M2M & Io T (preferred).
*Excellent solution sales, communication and negotiation skills.
*A team player - exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a natural talent for building and maintaining professional relationships across diverse stakeholders.
*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
*Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
Education and Experience:
*Degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing (Engineering will be an advantage).
*5-8 years in Energy/Utilities solution sales & marketing or equivalent.
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php105,000.00 - Php132,000.00 per month
