SALES & MARKETING MANAGER-(Cebu/Ilo-ilo)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Strategy and Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and maximize property sales.
o Manage and lead sales team, providing direction, coaching and performance management.
o Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture market share in the real estate sector.
o Establish sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
2. Marketing Strategies and Execution:
o Design and Execute marketing strategies and enhance property visibility and achieve market objectives.
o Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns including digital marketing, print materials and social media.
o Conduct market research to identify trend and opportunities, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary.
o Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
3. Property Promotion:
o Develop and implement innovative property promotion strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
o Organize and manage open houses, property tours and other promotional events.
4. Customer Relation Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
o Implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI for senior management.
o Use data driven insights to refine and optimize sales and marketing approaches.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
o Recruit, train, and monitor sales and marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
o Set a clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
o Organize team meetings, workshops and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
7. Perform other task that is needed from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
