We are seeking an a motivated and result-driven Automotive Aftermarket and Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the AAM and Industrial sectors by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of products and solutions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Experience within the AAM or Industrial Sectors.
Experience in Distributor management is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of AAM and Industrial products, applications, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AAM & Industrial markets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Proactively generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to identify potential customers.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Conduct regular follow ups with clients across their needs, promote new products, and offer customized solutions.
Product Promotion and Education:
Promote the company products, services, and solutions to customers within the AAM and Industrial Sectors.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
Stay updated on product developments, industry standards, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide insight to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
