Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support our administrative and secretarial functions. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day office operations, handling communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both physically and electronically.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Provide support in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
