As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies. Your expertise in both automation and manual testing will help us deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain test cases for our product.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Continuously improve test coverage and effectiveness by identifying areas for automation and implementing new testing methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on both automation and manual testing.
- Experience in handling ERP product/system would be a big plus
- Proficiency in one or more test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Test NG, Cypress).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, Soap UI)
