About the role
· Actively listen to clients to identify their specific requirements and concerns.
· Respond promptly to inquiries and issues, facilitating quick resolutions that enhance client satisfaction.
· Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive and proactive communication.

• Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team during the sales process.

· Identify and document successful sales techniques and support processes from various markets.
· Share insights to enhance overall effectiveness across teams.
· Gather and analyze data from both regions to inform sales strategies aligned with market trends.
· Process customer orders efficiently and create forms for quote requests and job orders.
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Teams) and provide support for contemporary Windows operating systems.
· Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to negotiate and influence effectively.
· Deliver high-quality customer service and provide frontline support.
· Exhibit effective problem-solving skills, identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Knowledge of each customer account to be able to provide support when required
· Ability to solve problems and implement solutions
What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Engineering, Communication Arts and Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support or a related field, demonstrating high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering a positive team environment.
• Utilize proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, and Teams to streamline operations.
• Advanced understanding of HTML/CSS and other programming languages to assist with technical inquiries.
• Leverage strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to think creatively and propose new solutions to challenges.
• Manage tasks efficiently under pressure, demonstrating attention to detail and adaptability.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, adaptable and responsive to customer needs.
• Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take on new work and adapt quickly
• Strong analysis/design skills

· Good analytical & problem-solving skills
Non-Negotiable:

• Excel experts with proficiency in Pivot Tables as a minimum standard.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strictly no work from home.
