1. Develop and manage system effectiveness of the Quality, Health Safety and Environment management system to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standard / requirements in each Branch and Sites
2. Maintain metrics to monitor continuous improvement related to Quality, Health Safety and Environment Management System.
3. Maintain all activities related to process to ensure that the product or service our organization provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements / customer satisfaction.
4. Lead improvement projects designed at branch/sites to create breakthrough improvements in the established systems.
5. Manage the internal audit program(s) for office and sites
6. Conduct / organize timely training and education for quality, Environment and Health & Safety to all employees at branch or sites.
7. Ensure that contents in Manuals and Procedures on Epiroc Management System (EMS) are maintained and updated on an on-going basis to ensure incorporation from the most current requirements and also actual operation at branch or sites.
8. Ensure that SHEQ programs at branch or sites are integrated into daily operations.
9. Recommends to the management team on the appropriate corrective and preventive actions to be taken to meet set objectives and targets.
10. Maintain a national program to become a safe culture & behavior, with Zero Accident in branch or sites business operations:
a. Maintain program.
b. Conduct SHEQ training (Training for Trainer).
c. Maintain SHEQ training material.
d. Lead and manage yearly customer satisfaction survey which is defined as Net Promoter Score branches or sites.
e. Manage all customer complaints and coordinate related parties to provide the corrective and preventive action at branches or sites.
11. Manage Sustainability Productivity:
a. Resources (CO2 from operation, water, material, packaging & CO2 from transport)
b. Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, Recovery of Waste
c. Pollution prevention program.
12. Manage and Implement Epiroc Group Requirements
a. Chemical Handling
13. Support business partner evaluation
14. Support SHEQ Objective target & program
15. Review and manage Legal assessment & customer requirements that related to SHEQ and make sure compliance at branch or sites.
16. Monitor & Manage Crisis Management, Accident & incident & improvement at branch or sites
17. Support the Manager in all aspects of business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree of Occupational Health and Safety, Engineer, Science or any related
• Must have 2 years’ experience in mining operation and mine safety work or licensed engineer graduates with a one-year supervisory experience in mining operation or 5 years SHEQ supervisory role.
• Have experience in quality, environment, occupational health and safety management related ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and experience as a lead auditor.
• Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety environmental regulations and policies.
• Competent in developing and formulating Health, Safety, Security, and Environment standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Ability to conceptualize and implement health programs
• Must have undergone 40-hour BOSH Training
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must possess leadership skills, proficient in oral and written communications
• Willing to travel as and when required in the performance of his/her duties and training.
