Job Summary:
As a Social Media Manager, he/she will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Canva for designing branded templates, content writing, and utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation. This role includes managing paid social media ads, scheduling posts, maintaining a content calendar, and delivering ad hoc reports on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing Canva templates for social media posts including reels and campaigns.
• Write engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in content creation, generating ideas, copy, and visuals when needed.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Schedule organic and paid social media posts to maximize engagement and reach target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to refine content strategy and improve performance.
• Track key social media metrics and generate performance reports for the Marketing Head.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the social media strategy aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools to keep the social media strategy innovative.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
• Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Meta, Buffer).
• Experience creating and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and how to optimize content for engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for growth.
• Experience using and prompting AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Jasper) for content creation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
