JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager with a passion for the lifestyle, health, and beauty industry. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a compelling social media strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives. You will drive engagement and foster community growth through creative content and effective communication across multiple platforms. As the brand's social media ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in managing its online image and ensuring that all content resonates with the target audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each social media platform to measure success.

• Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery of high-quality social media content.

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights for improvement.

• Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools to optimize performance.

• Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams, including design, video editing, and copywriting.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to support product launches and campaigns.

• Monitor SEO performance and user engagement, offering recommendations for content optimization.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to strengthen the brand’s network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the lifestyle, health, or beauty sectors.

• Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with hands-on experience in content creation and management.

• Proficiency in copywriting, with the ability to deliver engaging and creative content across text, images, and video.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing channels.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• A Portfolio is required upon submission of application

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
