For Social Media Marketing & Ads Executive handling the 3 brands- WC, MP & New Panda Concept.

• Support the execution of the brand and content marketing strategy in our SM platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team and in the development and execution & launch and ongoing brand and content marketing campaigns
• Assist in driving the comprehensive brand management process, leading a campaign from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Contribute to developing brand strategy and crafting a meaningful 360-degree campaign brief that aligns with broader brand, audience, and channel strategies
• Help guide campaigns across the organization, ensuring partners are aligned and providing approvals throughout the process
• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, even if they are at different stages of execution and development
• Work closely with Insights & Research to optimize campaigns based on consumer data and framework mapping, while addressing the need for trend-based, insight-driven solutions

• Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.

• Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.

• Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.

• Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for

the mall to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate
target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.

• Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement

recommendations for improvement.

• Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work of the mall branch.

• Develop, manage and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print

and all offline communication vehicles.

• Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate

timeline.

• Oversee the development, management and maintenance of all online communication

vehicles.
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* 9 hours per day including lunch break
* Flexible hours per day
