Job Requirements:

Minimum 3.5 years previous experience graphic design, video editing, and basic PPC management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Basic knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Job responsibilities:

Design Creation: Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all channels.
Visual Storytelling: Use graphic design to visually communicate messages and ideas effectively, enhancing the impact of social media campaigns.
Video Content Creation: Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, including short-form content like Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, and You Tube Shorts, as well as longer-form content when needed.
Post-Production: Perform video editing tasks such as cutting, splicing, adding music, voiceovers, and effects, ensuring videos are engaging and aligned with social media trends.
Campaign Setup: Assist in setting up basic PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Keyword Research: Conduct basic keyword research to identify relevant terms for targeted PPC campaigns.
Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and design visuals for PPC ads that drive clicks and conversions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor PPC campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
