Sr. Project Engineer | Bulacan

- Oversees and manages engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring that the project meets its objectives in terms of quality, cost, and time. - Lead and manage all phases of engineering projects, from planning, design, and execution to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Ensure that all engineering work complies with applicable laws, codes, and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Review and approve technical designs, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that engineering principles and practices are adhered to during the construction process.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project.Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, issues, and changes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the engineering team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control measures.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
- Develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimize project disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- At least with 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
- Proven experience leading and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Auto CAD).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical specifications related to the specific field (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Philippines
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
- Certifications in specialized areas such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or ISO may be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
