The Recruitment Associate plays a key role in finding talent to fill the staffing requirements of the organization.
Interviewing

• Attend job fairs, career events, and conduct on-campus recruiting to generate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit for open roles
• Conduct in-person and video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and potential for success

Applicant Experience:

• Manage an engaging, informative application process to provide all candidates with a positive experience
• Build rapport with candidates to learn about their backgrounds and goals
• Guide candidates professionally through each step of the process with timely communication

Reporting and Relationship Management:

• Maintain complete and accurate records of all candidate interactions in our ATS
• Analyze hiring metrics and trends to identify opportunities to enhance our sourcing strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact, supporting Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders throughout the process

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage a high-volume of candidate interactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter passionate about helping our organization find top talent.
Work location:
Amenable to work in these sites: Alorica Alphaland (Beside MRT Magallanes Station), Alorica MJ Plaza (near Alphaland), & Alorica Techzone (Along Gil Puyat Makati)
Schedule:
10am to 7pm MLA, Mondays to Fridays
Additional Remarks:
-We are looking for someone who is also amenable to render over time work and can do rest day OT if needed (work on Saturdays).
- Relevant experience and/or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php19,500.00 per month
