** We're Hiring for: Tax Accountant that will also be Clientele Accounts' Manager **
**Role Description**
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our expanding team. This full-time on-site role involves not only providing comprehensive tax services but also taking on additional leadership responsibilities. You will train, supervise, and manage Tax Associates, serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, and ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies, including the BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PAGIBIG, Phil Health, and DOLE. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services, enhancing client satisfaction, and retaining clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax forms for clients.
- Conduct thorough tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on tax-related matters to clients.
- Train, supervise, and manage Tax Associates.
- Act as the primary consultant-tax accountant for client accounts, handling compliance with SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PAGIBIG, Phil Health, and DOLE.
- In-Charge of Clients' Annual Financial Statements Preparation and other Annual Business Compliances' to SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth and DOLE Compliances' Processing.
- Act as a Leader for Client Accounts' related projects such as Gov. Agency Account Registrations, Closures, and Amendments.
- Convert interested clients and deliver HMB's Tax and Accounting services to assigned clients.
- Improve client satisfaction and retention.
**For Assigned Client Accounts:**
- File SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PAGIBIG, Phil Health, and DOLE government agencies' monthly, quarterly and yearly via e BIR, e FPS, VAT RELIEF, e Gov, e FAST, etc.
- Conduct Bookkeeping via Xero Accounting Software.
- Conduct monthly visits/meetings and send meeting reports.
- Consult clients for updates and create semi-monthly payroll from biometrics to payroll.
- Generate requested expense vouchers, monthly P&L reports, and tax estimations via Google Sheets.
- Perform bookkeeping via MS Excel/Google Sheets or client-provided accounting software.
- Prepare annual financial statements, income tax returns, general information sheets, and any other related compliances.
**Qualifications**
- At least 5-7+ years of experience working in a tax or accounting services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in tax preparation, review, and client management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience with tax planning, consulting, and client management is a must.
