JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications

• With at least 6 months of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and accounting operations experience preferably in the real estate industry.
• Preferably a CPA
• With experience in processing 2307 requirements.

Knowledge

• Philippine Financial Reporting Standards
• Laws on Taxation
• Philippine Accounting Standards
• Microsoft Office Applications
• ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
