Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they bring in their devices for service.
- Collect detailed information about the device, including issues reported, and enter this data into the system accurately.
- Provide customers with information about repair processes, expected timelines, and service costs.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Schedule appointments for device check-ins and follow up on the status of repairs as needed.
- Receive and log devices brought in for repair or checking, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Issue repair tickets and assign work orders to the appropriate technicians.
- Organize and maintain the intake area, ensuring devices are stored safely and securely.
- Track the progress of repairs and update customers on status and any changes in timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, device statuses, and repair histories.
- Prepare and process repair documentation, including work orders, service agreements, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of repairs and effective communication with customers.
- Assist with managing inventory related to repair parts and supplies.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- With or without experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
