Technical Support Engineer - Can start ASAP

- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Identifying hardware and software solutions of endpoint device
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving technical issues related to network interruptions
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree of any IT/Computer course
- Able to speak and write emails in English
- With at least 5 years of work experience in IT support, managing servers (data storage), network, and documentations (inventory)
- Willing to do overtime even until 4am in the morning
- Willing to work on active areas in construction site (we will provide safety orientation).
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa Laguna
- Willing to be assigned in Makati for 2-3 months training
- Willing to report onsite from Mondays-Saturdays and can start ASAP
