Technical Support Representative

FULL TIME

Qualifications:
  • Computer literacy: able to navigate through a computer's operating system, email, chat, calendar, and web browser (such as opening settings in Windows, and new tabs in Chrome)
  • Must have to draw upon and speak about the experience working in detailed software programs and the individual overall confidence level
  • Be a fast learner and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail such as reading and following special instructions submitted by clients
  • Able to prioritize work and continue working without prompting
  • Must be able to work full time, 40 hrs per week
  • Able to work at any shift schedule.
  • Work well with others and have a positive attitude
Supportware is currently in partnership with Helpware.
Supportware's main goal is to provide Helpware, with excellent business process solutions and to achieve the optimum job-person match.
