Role: Voicemail and Email Agent
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential, Free Meal, Free Uniform, Company Events
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. Philippine time
Work Setup: Work onsite setup
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Leave voicemails using our dialer system according to provided scripts and guidelines.
Simultaneously send follow-up emails to clients and prospects.
Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Ensure all communications are professional and adhere to company standards.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and emails simultaneously.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate complex software systems.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills / Expertise:

Experience with CRM software and dialer systems.
Previous customer service or telemarketing experience.
Technical aptitude for troubleshooting minor software issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
