Account Manager Poland

We are now looking for an Account Manager in Southern Poland to secure short and long-term profitable business for Cyclomedia through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of the customer’s business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.


  • Identifying customer needs and advising on the selection of optimal solutions.
  • Selling company's solutions, primarily to clients from the Local Government Units.
  • New business development.
  • Running sales meetings with a new clients, primarily from the Local Government Units sector.
  • Conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Continuing cooperation with the company's existing clients.
  • Maintaining good and long-term relationships with Clients.
  • Ongoing study of Customer needs in terms of services and solutions provided by the company.
  • Preparing offers based on Customer needs identified during meetings.
  • Taking care of Customer service standards and shaping a positive image of the company.
  • Monitoring the market.
  • Reporting sales activities.

  • University degree (e.g., cartography, geoinformatics, geoinformation, geography, public administration)
  • Negotiations and selling skills.
  • Strong business development experience.
  • Independence and good organizational skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking.
  • Communicativeness and high personal culture.
  • Goal-orientations and results-driven personality.
  • Driving license cat B and willingness to travel.
  • English language skills
  • Experience in JST sector
  • Experience in selling IT/GIS systems services.
  • Interest in smart city solutions and GIS systems.
  • Knowledge of the sales support tools.
  • Experience with public procurement.
