Business Relations Specialist

RRD Supply Chain Solutions delivers best practice across the entire product lifecycle, from packaging design, sourcing and manufacturing to product configuration, software flashing, kitting, fulfillment, and aftermarket care. Solutions include demand driven supply chain models, postponement strategies, multi-channel and factory direct fulfillment services and forward and reverse logistics. Each solution is designed for speed-to-market, continuity of product supply, greater flexibility and lower cost structure to help increase profitability.
Your responsibilities

Gather and prepare data from Client/RRD systems for projects and reports,
Run daily reports, consolidate, summarise & share with relevant RRD departments,
Carry out data analysis, summarise and present in a user friendly manner appropriate to the requestor,
Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to improve performance metrics,
Submit and maintain RRD user access on client applications,
Manage client escalations proactively with relevant internal and external teams,
Participate in Client projects where RRD is directly impacted such as client application upgrades etc.,
Participate in team meetings and project teams to deliver solutions for SCM and Account Management issues and process improvements,
Represent RRD at client meetings and forums in a professional manner and work to agreed deadlines,
Work with team to develop smart reports with user friendly outputs,
Occasional end of quarter support may be required,

Our requirements

Fluent Business English,
MS Skills including MS Excel, Word & Power Point,
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience (purchasing, planning or equivalent) in similar role in international environment,
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) influencing and relationship building skills,
We are looking for team player, with flexible approach, initiative and an ability to respond positively to frequently changing circumstances and priorities,
Ability to challenge the views of others in a constructive manner to bring about positive change and drive results,
Attention to detail & accuracy is of paramount importance in the role,
Ability in data analysis and problem solving, ability to work under pressure,
Higher education: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or similar,
