Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Our Digital Content & Experience Management team operates at the forefront of digital content management (maintenance and migrations using best-in-breed DXP technologies), experience personalization (assisting clients with conversion rate optimization and testing), AI-driven solutions (such as creation and optimization of digital content, utilization of generative AI), analytics (data-based content strategies and assessments), and SEO (both technical optimization and strategic support for large sites). Therefore, we seek specialists who can adeptly apply their skill set in this dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape.

Digital Marketing and Content Consultant/Senior Consultant

If you are:

Having In-depth knowledge and practical experience in digital content management, SEO, campaign and content personalization, with the ability to support the crafting of advanced content strategies that meet client needs.
Able to perform business analysis and support content management processes, using data to optimize digital performance.
Passionate about leveraging Generative AI and automation technologies to enhance various digital marketing processes.
Familiar with any of the modern DXP, CMS, Analytics, Marketing Campaign or Personalization technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Sitecore, Kentico, Drupal, Umbraco, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, Google Ads etc. is a plus.
Effective in training and supporting client teams, offering best practices in digital content management and content automation/AI enhancements.
Keen on consulting, with the ability to evaluate new technologies and make recommendations tailored to business needs.
A natural problem-solver, continuously looking for improvements and innovative solutions.
Able to easily bridge the communication gap between business users and technical teams, with a minimum English proficiency of B2 level.
Someone with a sense of humor who thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.

Opportunity to deepen your knowledge in specialized areas, such as advanced DXP/CMS systems, Marketing & Personalization Campaigns, SEO, Gen AI solutions for content creation and process enhancement, and beyond.
Conducting business analyses to understand client requirements and crafting tailor-made advanced content-related recommendations.
Playing a pivotal role in training sessions and supporting client teams, guiding them through best practices in digital content and experience management.
Active participation in client meetings, preparing and presenting materials, and demonstrating solutions to senior management teams.

Selection process

2. 30 min. HR interview.

3. 30 min. interview with manager.

4. Task (you will have 3 days to prepare presentation).
