Hungarian Customer Support - remote in Poland

We offer:
- Fully paid relocation package (flight reimbursement, transport from airport, 2 weeks at hotel with breakfast)

The job:
As a customer support agent your daily tasks include:
- Handling customer calls, emails, and chats, as well as providing technical support.
- Adhering to rules and procedures.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Participating in training sessions and completing training

Collaborating with higher-level support teams and reporting known issues.
- Resolving issues with difficult customers.
Your qualifications:
You speak and write Hungarian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is a plus but not a must.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
