You will reach your sales goal by following market trends closely and build up a solid network in order to stay tuned to any new commercial real estate projects.
You will advise potential partners about concrete Sobinco solutions. You will fulfil the wishes of partners by developing – together with Sobinco technical specialist - solutions that fits the quality specifications that our partners need for their project.
You will follow up projects from conceptual stage throughout specification to order with a system company/fabricator. It is also your job to facilitate dialogue of relevant parties to achieve a collaboration between various stakeholders.
To make sure that Sobino is known as a high quality hardware supplier you will represent Sobinco at relevant trade shows, presentations and conferences.
- You have a great admiration to the construction industry.
- You have a technical background in this sector and relevant commercial experience.
- You easily make contacts and have a network in the construction industry.
- You actively build relationships with people inside and outside the company.
- You are motivated and results driven.
- You take initiatives and you proactively face the challenges that arise in your region.
- You have an overview of all your projects and you can follow up on different projects at the same time while setting the right priorities.
- Good knowledge of English
