Sales Manager ORS & Gloves Poland

If you’re ready to develop your leadership journey, Mölnlycke will support you every step of the way. As a Sales Manager ORS & Gloves Poland, there is opportunity to make a significant impact by:
  • defining and implementing appropriate Go To Market model for Poland (direct sales, distributors, remote sales) ensuring effective and efficient sales management, including sales lead generation, bid and proposal management, sales order management;
  • defining and driving needed initiatives in Poland to develop Value Selling in building and developing relationships with institutions and commercial partners;
  • developing and maintaining a network of key opinion leaders and contacts to increase awareness of Mölnlycke as a company as well as our products and services;
  • developing and managing sales strategy including forecasting, developing partner/alliance relationships, and setting overall sales budgets and goals;
  • attracting, supporting, coaching, inspiring, developing and retaining Talents to could experiment new approaches to improve sales efficiency, based on customer insights.


What you’ll need
  • Substantial sales experience and understanding of the local medical devices’ industry – surgical solutions highly preferred – and reliable network to different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in building strategies, planning, organization, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial, action-oriented and innovative approach to a leading a commercial business.
  • Authentic leadership ability, experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on influence, building relationship, inspiring, and coaching direct team and different business partners.
  • Native level of Polish, and fluent in English.

Your work-life
  • travel required: regular within the country and occasional international business travels
  • hybrid work (remote up to 80%);
