Senior Project Controls Specialist

Your Day to Day:
- Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
- Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
- Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
- Provide input on design and development of a standard set of SAP templates
- Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
- Analyze and interpret data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness and usefulness
- Identify data issues and collaborate with EPMO group to drive data governance
- Identify gaps in current data entry processes and drive strategic solutions for stakeholders needs
- Participates in ad hoc projects, meetings, calls etc.
Who You Are:
- B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance
- Global experience
- Knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
- Proven track record with respect to knowledge of financial processes, controls, and associated improvement programs
- A general understanding of Westinghouse systems and data quality needs
- Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task
- Ability to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness
- Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented
- Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details
- Proficient in SAP PS, MS Office and other software packages a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
