We are looking for an individual to join our Marketing team in Warsaw, in the position of PR and Social Media Specialist Poland and CEE. The A+E Networks Poland team are passionate experts that bring our brands alive with a collaborative, creative and connected approach.
In this role you will be responsible for managing social media and www, including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok, across four countries in CEE. This person will be responsible for shaping the strategy and tactics of our most vital communication channels and maximizing our brands’ visibility.
This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid based in the Warsaw office, working on exciting, award-winning brands like HISTORY Channel and Crime+Investigation.

Key Responsibilities
-
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
-
Maintaining our websites across CEE.
-
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Being part of the team responsible for future digital/social media monetization efforts.
-
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
-
Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on digital activities for A+E channels and competitors.
-
Cooperating with consumer and trade marketing, programming, scheduling, distribution and digital and social media departments.
-
Supporting promotional events e.g. press conferences, press junkets.
-
Developing brand building and CSR projects.
-
Cooperating with key affiliate partners on PR projects.
-
Performing other duties as instructed by line manager.
Person Specification
Desirable Knowledge / Skills:
- Fluency in Polish and English
- A strong team player with good self-motivation
- Exceptional time management & organisation abilities
- Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Great accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Effective planning and prioritization skills
- Creative ideas and approach to tasks
Desirable Knowledge / Skills:
- Proficiency in additional Central European language
- Practical knowledge of the TV industry, both local and regional
- Digital media skills, such as graphic design or video editing
- Social media management experience
