Circle K is seeking talented UX/UI Designers to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be involved in rapid experimentation and play a key role in building sophisticated systems and designing for our diverse client base. Come and join our BMS (B2B Mobility Services) Team where we serve our B2B fleet managers and drivers across Scandinavia, Baltics and USA to make their experience on enrolment, onboarding, payment, carwash, self-served portals seamless and easy or simply, we make their work life enjoyable and easier.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of engaging, user-centred experiences using a structured design approach

• Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, contributing to both design and development processes

• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights for product teams

• Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring data-driven, user-focused design decisions are made collaboratively

• Facilitate discussions around UX/UI challenges and propose innovative solutions aligned with both user and business needs

• Create detailed designs and wireframes for web services and apps, providing clear guidance for the development team to implement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in written and verbal formats

• A self-starter with a strong growth mindset and a proactive approach to challenges

• Proficient English-speaking skills are required

Preferred Tools & Software

• Proficiency in at least one of the following design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
