Tasks:

• Assist the Booking Manager in different tasks related to booking requests processing

• Establish partnerships for tenants acquisition and service satisfaction
• Assure active communication with our community of tenants and prospective tenants, online and offline guaranteeing they are having a high-quality stay
• Assist tenants with the booking request, process, and stay-related questions through the support e-mail and Facebook page and groups
