- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C1/C2)
- Tech Background of 1 or 2 years

- As a Customer Service Representative , your main mission as an EXO / Identity is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently
