We are seeking a dynamic and professional Event Hostess for the Access MBA&MAS Lisbon event. As a hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event and providing excellent service to attendees.
Hostess Requirements:
Qualities:

• Ability to Multitask
• Good Comprehension Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proactive and Professional

Priority given to those with previous secretarial or event-organization experience.
Skills Required:

• Fluent English (the event will be held in English)
• Good computer skills
• Organizational skills

Roles:
Registration Desk:

• Check in candidates and distribute event materials
• Direct candidates to the appropriate event desk
• Follow up with candidates to fill out feedback forms online
• Record and manage candidates' meetings with schools

School Assistants (Runners):

• Record and call out candidates' names
• Lead candidates to their meetings with school representatives
• Alert schools regarding remaining meeting time
• Update Project Manager about the situation of each school
