Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
  • Previous Salesforce CRM experience | Gaming/Gamer - understanding of both digital media and the gaming/entertainment industry as a whole | 1-2 years in the Contact Center industry; | Previous contact center experience in the following areas: | Gaming industry | Hardware /technical troubleshooting | For Chat - previous experience with chat; proven written ability | 2+ years in Contact Center industry |
