Hello, Brazy is looking for an HR manager to work in our company in the Lisbon office.We are a team of daring, innovative professionals. We are Cyberpunks, Cyber Jedi, and Pattern Breakers. Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department;
Full cycle recruitment (recruitment, hiring and onboarding);
Compensation and benefits;
Training and development (responsible for training initiatives, and support with performance reviews)

Requirements:

Previous HR experience in Portugal (more than one year).
Solid knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation.
Knowledge of administrative HR tasks: general payroll knowledge, social security, onboarding, and offboarding.
Have a good sense of autonomy and be a team player.
Have a good communication skill.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Experience with ATS and HR systems.
Experience with Google Meets, Google Sheets, Word, Power Point.
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language would be an advantage.
