Key Responsibilities

• Lead/ support / oversee all security programs (Encryption, EDR, Network security, SIEM, Data Classification, Asset Management, Authentication) in close collaboration with Global Allianz IS Functions
• Lead / support / oversee Run activities in close collaboration with the IT departments such as vulnerability management, End-of-life assets (Toxicity), Security incidents, Pen testing & technical audit campaigns.
• Implement continuous improvement in the existing process to ensure the quality and relevance of information security services.
• Promote a culture of information security and raise security awareness and organize security trainings.
• Develop and own roadmaps and strategies that help simplesurance business to deliver secure solutions.

Bring to the team

• Professional experience in information security and a high level of understanding of the application of security concepts and principles in a financial services organization.
• Deep knowledge of current security technologies and practices (e.g. IS Compliance / Risk Management, Network, System and Application Security, Vulnerability / Penetration Testing and other security practices)
• Experience in global teams and working across different cultures.
• Strong coordination of security metrics & KPIs provided by technology partners.
