We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our operations team in delivering excellent guest experiences. If you enjoy ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

Manage bookings and help with guest communications;
Perform routine apartment inspections to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards;
Coordinate with internal teams to address any property issues, ensuring apartments are guest-ready;
Help with administrative tasks related to property and booking management.

Requirements:

Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently;
Friendly, positive attitude, and team-oriented;
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
Experience in operations, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
