About the position
As a customer service expert, you’re the hero who swoops in to save the day with your friendly vibes, whether it’s via email, social media, or the good old telephone. You’ll be getting top-notch coaching and training that’ll transform you into a customer query-solving ninja, guaranteeing those happy customer moments. And guess what? Get ready to sprinkle some magic into customer interactions! ✨
Get ready to soak up the sun and savour the sights in Portugal!
Once you’ve secured your flight ticket (which, by the way, will be refunded!), your new colleagues will be eagerly awaiting your arrival at Lisbon airport. They’ll whisk you away to your new cosy place, where you’ll be greeted with open arms. Not only will they help you navigate the ins and outs of city life, but they’ll also lend a hand with all that pesky paperwork – think health insurance, taxes, and banking woes. Plus, you’ll have the chance to brush up on your Portuguese with a complimentary language course! So, get ready to start this exciting adventure and soon enough, you’ll be chatting away like a local pro! Obrigado, Portugal!
Destination
Enjoy the laid-back lifestyle in Portugal
Lisbon, the sunshine capital of Europe, is where the fun never stops! People of all ages gather on the boulevard, sipping drinks, catching rays, and swaying to live music. And if you’re into surfing or fancy trying your hand at kitesurfing, you’re in for a treat with free lessons on offer.
But Lisbon isn’t just about soaking up the sun; it’s also a vibrant hub of art and culture. From quirky cafes to bustling markets, the city is bursting with creativity. And the best part? You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy a good meal or a glass of wine here, unlike in some other places (*cough* Denmark). So, what are you waiting for? Portugal is calling, and it’s time to answer the call of adventure!
Our favourite reasons to live in Lisbon
It's surf o'clock
Lisbon is located near the sea with some amazing beaches, which gives you the perfect opportunity to try to learn a new hobby: surfing! After you’ve practised the art of surfing, you can relax at one of the many beach clubs for some more seaside fun.
Explore the many local markets
Exploring the local markets in the city is an amazing experience. These markets offer local produce, artisanal goods, and unique Portuguese specialities, amongst which are cheeses, exquisite honey, and high-quality olive oil. Additionally, during the festive season of December, different neighbourhoods host a Christmas market!
Discover Lisbon's vibrant nightlife
Lisbon has loads of cafés, bars, and clubs for you to enjoy. Many of you have probably heard of the creamy pastry ‘Pastel de Nata’… Well, did you know that there is a Pastel de Nata shot? An absolute game changer! Tip: try out ‘Sneaky Sip Lisbon’, this is a hidden cocktail bar that is only accessible through a secret door behind a photo automate. Don’t forget the password: BASEMENT.
Join Lisbon's expat community
Lisbon has the biggest expat community in the whole of Portugal! For this reason, it’s very easy to join an expat group, meet new friends and expand your network.
Pay a visit to Parque Urbano do Jamor
Lisbon has many parks available for you to explore new sports, from tennis courts to archery ranges. The greenest and biggest park is Parque Urbano do Jamor. This park has a canal in which you can kayak, and it also has a climbing wall for the daredevils among us!
Go on an adventurous hike
The surrounding area of Lisbon is absolutely stunning. So, get your hiking boots on and let’s go for an amazing hike. Lisbon is definitely the city to keep you active!

Why our recruiters love this destination
From the moment I saw Lisbon featured in a travel program, it has been at the top of my bucket list. This is because it's a hotspot for foodies with trendy bars, culinary food trucks or authentic seafood restaurants on every street corner. I can already picture myself sitting on the magnificent Praça do Comércio while sinking my teeth into Portugal's most famous pastry, the pastel de nata. I'm also totally up for visiting one of the typical fado houses to immerse myself in the local culture with traditional food and Portuguese fado music. That's the magic of travel for me; being open to new experiences, cultures and, of course, good food!
