Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Fluency in Turkish (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum)
- No previous experience is required
- Clarifying any product information;
- • Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
- Helping in subjects such as :Payment, Refunds and Financing; Shipping, Delivery and Pickup; Returns and Exchanges
- The customer service specialist is there to help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
- Attractive monthly salary
- Complete paid training by certified instructors
- Full time, fixed-term 12 months Portuguese initial employment contract. After 2 years, it becomes permanent
- Private health insurance after contract signature
