Remote possibility
Full time job (8 hours a day and 5 days a week- total of 40 hours per week)
No previous experience is required. You will have a complete training provided by certified instructors

Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:

Fluency in Turkish (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum)
No previous experience is required
Clarifying any product information;
• Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
Helping in subjects such as :Payment, Refunds and Financing; Shipping, Delivery and Pickup; Returns and Exchanges
The customer service specialist is there to help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.

What you will be offered:

- Complete paid training by certified instructors
- Full time, fixed-term 12 months Portuguese initial employment contract. After 2 years, it becomes permanent
