• We don’t need any experience, we offer training!
• Rotational shifts system: Monday -Sunday (7:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Support of all customers’ requests in French by phone, chat and social media
• Support viewers with account and application issues, especially regarding software functionality and configurations
• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador
• Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months) -basic salary
• up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
• 20 €/month - Transport allowance

It's on average from 1064€ - 1164€ per 12 months
