BIM ARCHITECT
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
· Software Proficiency: Expertise in drafting using Auto CAD and BIM Revit LOD 350, Preparing Power Point presentation etc.
· Experience: A minimum of 9 to 14 years of architectural experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Qatar.
· Expertise: Proven expertise in architectural consultancy, particularly in large-scale projects.
· Design Skills: Proficiency in preparing detailed production design drawings and tender documents.
· Collaboration: Ability to effectively coordinate with SMEP (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines.
· Design Development: Capability to take a design concept and develop it into the detailed design stage.
· Must have valid QID
· Contract: 6 months extendable
