We are looking for a business development associate who will contribute to the growth of our company.

• candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Back end support for BPO
• Background in sales is preferred
• prior experience with tenders would be an added advantage
• Supplier registration and update for existing
• Tender/Project checking via Monaqasat and company websites
• Recruitment (If needed as there are times that there's so much requirements from different partners and tenders)
• Preparation of proposal (MSA, commercials, etc)
• Preparation of Tender documents
• Updating of BPO reports and ppt
• Coordination with partners if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Development in HR outsourcing/Recruitment: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• QID (Preferred)
